Frequently asked questions
Why switch from DJcity to SpinVault?
DJcity is a classic record pool — downloads only. SpinVault is a complete system: catalogue + calendar + press kit + rider + designs, and with DJ Creator also AI tools and a studio. One subscription that replaces 4-5 separate tools.
Does SpinVault have fresher music than DJcity?
Yes, especially in reggaeton, dembow and Latin urban genres. We work with active DJs and producers so exclusive edits land on SpinVault first.
Can I try SpinVault without paying?
You register for free and browse the whole catalogue in read-only mode. To download you pick a plan: SpinVault (€19.99/month, 550 credits, Latin & urban) or DJ Creator (€49.99/month, electronic and pro tools). No contract — cancel anytime from your account and keep remaining credits until the end of the cycle.
What happens to my downloads if I cancel?
The files you've downloaded are yours forever. If you cancel, you lose nothing you already downloaded — you just stop receiving new credits.
Does SpinVault work on mobile?
Yes. The platform is 100% web-based and responsive. It works in any modern browser, mobile included.
